Michael Wilkos, senior vice president of community impact for the United Way of Central Ohio, joined Mike Kallmeyer to highlight his group's efforts to address homelessness and housing disparities in central Ohio.

Wilkos described, in detail, the three “Ls” of addressing housing in 2022: land, labor and lumber. Wilkos said the Columbus area had 3,000 fewer units than needed in 2020.
