Scattered snow shower chances will taper through the night with lows ranging from the upper teens to mid 20s.
Temperatures improve for Thursday with mainly dry weather before more unsettled weather returns Friday night and continues off and on through the weekend.
Highs on Thursday will be in the 40s and low 50s. Highs Friday will be in the 30s and 40s up north and 40s and 50s elsewhere.
A front is likely stall over the region this weekend providing wide-ranging temperatures and shower chances each day.
Saturday's high temperatures may range from the 30s and 40s near the Canadian border to the 70s along the Southern Tier.
