Damaging wind gusts, bitter cold and some snow Saturday

Additional snow accumulations through tonight could add up between 1 to 3 inches

The feels-like temperature will continue to be well below zero through this afternoon

Wind gusts could still lead to some power outages throughout the day

Winds stay powerful

Wind gusts will still reach 40 to 50 mph through this afternoon.

Some additional snow is possible

Most communities will not see much in the way of snow, with many just seeing an additional coating to a few inches at most by this evening.

With strong winds, visibility will be reduced within any snow showers. That'll be especially true in the middle of that lake-effect snow band, where blizzard conditions will make travel nearly impossible from western Monroe County to Buffalo through tonight.

Bitter wind chills continue

Cold temperatures combined with strong winds will make it feel more like it is below zero through much of the day.

By Christmas morning, snow will come to an end with lighter winds through the day.
