ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Monroe County's longest running ethnic festival is back on this year after being canceled last year.
The Puerto Rican Festival will be celebrating its 51st year in August.
It will be a two-day event spread out over two weekends.
The first will be Saturday, August 14 from 2 to 9 p.m. at the International Plaza.
The second day will be on August 21 from 2 to 10 p.m. at Parcel 5.
Both of these events are free to attend and will have live music and food.
