The dart league is a friendly, competitive exercise for all ages, and is back in action after being shut down since March.

Justin Dangler and his team host weekly Nerf and dart battles at the Tri-County Sports Complex in Macedon. They also host private birthday parties on location and at Total Sports Experience in Gates.

"If I didn't have my mask on, you'd see my smile from ear to ear," Dagler said. "We are so stoked to be here and outside enjoying the beautiful weather and getting back to work. Our average age tends to be 6 to 14. We have a ton of adults that play as well. It's not only from a great exercise standpoint, but we have a lot of kids who make friends and lasting relationships from play as well."

All the equipment is provided, but you can bring your own. All staff wear masks, perform temperature checks and all ammo bins, blasters, and safety glasses are disinfected before and after play.

Parents and kids are excited to be back on the field.

"I am pretty glad, it brings light to a sport that not many people know about and it brings more people out to a local business," said foam dart player Andrew Clinton.

The Rochester Foam Dart League updates its Facebook page with upcoming events.

Weekly games are $15 per player.
