A bail status hearing was held on Monday for a Spencerport mother accused of driving drunk during a crash that killed her husband.

Prosecutors say Jennie Clark has been indicted on at least one charge in connection with the July 4 crash, however, a full grand jury report has yet to be released.

At Monday's hearing, Clark's bail was set at $200,000 cash, $400,000 bond.

Clark was charged with murder, vehicular manslaughter and DWI in the town of Ogden for the crash on Colby Street shortly after midnight on Independence Day, according to police. They say the impact with a pole killed Matthew Clark instantly. Three children in the back seat escaped injury.

Court paperwork says cell phone taken inside the car allegedly shows an argument moments just before the crash.
