GATES, N.Y. — Gates police say a man suffered life-threatening injuries Sunday night in the latest dirt bike crash in the area.

According to police, the rider crashed into a van on Lyell Road.  

The police department posted a picture of the dirt bike on Facebook. 

They say the 29-year-old rider was speeding and didn't have any lights. He will be facing charges.
