Rochester Police have arrested a man they say was involved in an armed robbery attempt at a restaurant last year before a Good Samaritan intervened.
Kashbi Sanders, 28, of Rochester was charged with attempted robbery, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
He's accused of trying to rob People's Choice Kitchen in late December.
Police say Darnell Wilson was able to wrestle a handgun away from Sanders, and sent Sanders through a window.
Police tell Spectrum News Sanders ran from the scene and Wilson was treated for his injuries.
Sanders will be arraigned in Rochester City Court on Saturday.
