A Code Blue is in effect Thursday night in Erie County and the City of Buffalo. 

City warming shelters at the Dulski Center on Lewis Street and the one at the corner of Genesee and Jefferson Streets are open. 

The Dulski Center is open tonight at 8 and will stay open until Friday morning. 

The Genesee Street shelter is open now until 8 a.m. Friday.
