The Monroe County Board of Ethics has released the findings of its investigation into the April interaction between District Attorney Sandra Doorley and a Webster police officer caught on camera.

The board was critical of Doorley's behavior, calling it “disturbing” and “violating public trust.”

However, the board doesn't think it rose to the level of conflicting with the discharge of her official duties as DA.

The board says Doorley needs to be transparent about ethics training she said she would take in the days after the incident.

Another recommendation is that Doorley cooperate fully with any more investigations, such as the one taken up by the state's Commission on Prosecutorial Conduct.
