The Clyde-Savannah Board of Education held a meeting Wednesday night, but did not comment on the alleged locker room assault and the students facing charges.

The school's public relations official said there is no timeline for when the administration will be able to comment, and says it depends on the criminal investigation.

"I want justice for the victim and accountability for the perpetrators," said Debbie Marchitell, who is the grandmother of a child in the district. "Whatever that is, I don't know."

Two of the Clyde-Savannah students charged in the alleged assault were in court Wednesday for a review hearing.

Arguments were heard on whether the case should remain in Wayne County's Youth Part Court or if it should be moved to family court. If moved, the proceedings would be sealed and private, outside of the criminal court system.

Three teen boys are charged with hazing and sexually abusing another student. A fourth teen is charged with recording it.

According to the defense attorneys, all four teens play football for the high school.
