It's outdoor movie night in Rochester. College Town is inviting families to enjoy a free movie and complimentary popcorn under the stars on the "Green" at Celebration Drive Wednesday night.

You can bring a chair or a blanket, relax and watch a family favorite, “Honey I Shrunk the Kids.” There are prizes too for all kinds of College Town swag. It’s free to enter. College Town is hoping you grab a snack, a drink or dinner first at one of its many eateries.

“It is for everyone,” said Riley Knickerbocker, marketing intern at College Town Rochester. “You can bring your family and if you are a U of R student, there are plenty of different opportunities for you here. You can watch the movie and hang with your friends and then explore College Town. You are right in the heart of it over here, so it's got everything you need just a few steps away.”

 One of the newest businesses at College Town is Mochinut. It’s serving up rice hotdogs and mochi donuts. 

College Town movie night begins Wednesday at 8 p.m. The movie will start at dusk around 8:45. There is plenty of free parking.
