1. Judge orders unsealing of redacted affidavit in Trump search

A federal judge on Thursday ruled that a redacted version of the affidavit used by federal agents in the search of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home earlier this month must be published by noon on Friday. 

2. As marijuana harvest ramps up, New York begins taking applications from people hoping to sell legally

On Thursday, New York state began accepting applications to run retail marijuana dispensaries. The first licenses will go to people with prior marijuana-related convictions. High pressure: The journey to becoming a meteorologist

Pursuing meteorology was a simple decision for our Meteorologist Kaylee Wendt. As she looks back on so many memories from her childhood, it’s easy to see the natural fit between her experiences and forecasting the weather.

One of her earliest memories was roller blading in her driveway. While outside with her dad, a thunderstorm was brewing, and she was terrified and ran inside. At the time, she didn't know it, but the fear would spark an interest in storms and the atmosphere.
