GENEVA, N.Y. — Accusations against the Geneva City School District's former superintendent have been determined to be unfounded.
That conclusion was the result of the Geneva Board of Education's investigation into how Patricia Garcia managed personnel.
Garcia will not return to the district, it says. She agreed to a temporary leave in September while the board conducted its probe. The board says she and the district mutually agreed to part ways.
The district says Kathleen Davis continues to serve as Geneva's acting superintendent.
