GREECE, N.Y. — Court paperwork is revealing new details about the abduction of two children from their Greece foster home last week.
The documents say the children's father, Dimitri Cash, 29, has now been charged along with Kimara Pluviose, 32, with kidnapping, burglary, and robbery.
They also say Cash was charged under section 20 of the penal code, which accuses him of taking part in the planning of the kidnapping of his own children. However, it was not made clear whether he is accused of being one of the intruders that took the children from the foster home.

The court paperwork says two suspects broke into the home of Dimitri Cash Jr., 5, and Shekeria Cash, 3.
According to the documents, the intruders duct-taped the foster mother to two other children, pushed her down the basement stairs, and hit her several times before stealing the family van and taking off with the kids.
The children were found safe in Montgomery, Alabama with Pluviose.
Cash is set to appear in court on Thursday.
Police say they are still searching for more suspects.
