CLYDE, N.Y. — A Clyde woman has been arrested after New York State Police say she killed her husband.

Linda Martinez, 53, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of her husband Rafael Martinez.

State police tell Spectrum News they initially responded to the couple's home on Caroline Street in Clyde Sunday for the report of a missing man.

Spectrum News is told the Police Underwater Recovery Team located Rafael's body in the Seneca River in Cayuga County Wednesday.

Linda Martinez was arrested and taken to the Wayne County jail.

State police say the investigation is ongoing.
