Rochester police say a Greece man is now permanently blind in one eye after he was allegedly shot with a paintball gun last month.
Police have made two arrests, including the man charged in the mass shooting outside of the Boys and Girls Club in Rochester on August 2015.
Darnell Berry, 27, of Rochester was arrested and charged with assault. Police say he shot the man as he drove along Dewey Avenue.
Police also arrested Michael Mathis, 23, who was also charged with assault.
Mathis was the third man accused following the shooting in August 2015. In 2017, Mathis was found not guilty on all counts, including three counts of first-degree murder.
