Two men accused of setting fire to public and private property following peaceful racial injustice rallies in May appeared in federal court.

Marquis Frasier is already faces state charges of burglary theft, and arson, and he is now charged with arson in federal court.

He is accused of setting fire to a construction trailer following the protests on May 30.

Also facing both federal and state arson charges is Miguel Ramos.

Ramos, 19, is accused of setting fire to a Rochester police patrol car.

If convicted, he faces five to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
