A fifth person has been arrested in connection to the melee last month at the Diplomat Banquet Center in Gates.
Reinaldo Aristegui-Calas is charged with reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.
Gates Police say he is being charged as one of three shooters that night.
Calas was arrested Friday when police executed a marijuana search warrant at a house in Rochester.
Police thanked the public for calling in tips after surveillance photos were released.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing and police expect to make more arrests.
