State Trooper Accused of Forcible Touching Facing More Charges

The state trooper arrested back in November on forcible touching charges is now facing an additional two counts.

Jason Sears, 39, of Greece pleaded not guilty to those charges in Rochester City Court in November.

State Police and the Monroe County District Attorney's Office have now charged Sears with two additional counts in connection to an incident that occurred in 2017.

Since November, Sears has been suspended without pay from the State Police.

He is expected back in Rochester City Court on January 22 to answer to all the charges.
