GREECE, N.Y. — There will be another chance for the community to pay tribute to fallen RPD Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz this weekend.

Operation Patriot Foundation is holding a community charity walk at the Mall at Greece Ridge on Saturday.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. in the food court. A ceremony will take place immediately after.

The walk will begin at 9:15 a.m.

Organizers are asking for a minimum donation of $10 per person.

The first 100 people who donate $25 or more will receive a free memorial t-shirt

All proceeds will go to the fallen officer's family.

Officer Mazurkiewicz was fatally shot in the line of duty on July 21. Thousands came out to say goodbye to him and honor his memory during a public funeral service at the Blue Cross Arena on Monday.
