The comedian rolled out Rochester's signature dish in his Youtube series "Let's Get Cookin."
Gaffigan tried a plate during a Rochester tour stop and has worked it into his routines ever since.
He sported a Zweigles apron and hat during and even got the Gaffigan kids into the act, complete with Rochester Plates outfits.
