Popular lobster chain Cousins Maine Lobster is hosting the grand opening of its new food truck in the Rochester area this week.

It opened Thursday night with a line that spanned several blocks. It will be open again from 4-10 p.m. Friday at Fairport Brewing Company.

The company made it big on the business competition show "Shark Tank."

The food truck is scheduled to return to the area on Friday, July 12 to set up shop at Three Heads Brewing Company on Atlantic Avenue.
