VICTOR, N.Y. — Eastview Mall will be home again to an H&M outlet.
The fashion store left the Rochester Area in 2013. Its new outlet will feature clothing for all.
It will open this spring in the soon-to-be-finished Dicks Sporting Goods wing at Eastview.
The vote was passed unanimously.
