Who knew you can grow so many gorgeous blooms in Rochester. Brenda Shetler DeBona knows, and she’s been a florist and gardener for 40 years.

"I get really excited going in the garden. I get lost here daily. My goal is to use what I grow," said DeBona

She's always in the garden at her family farm. It starts with daffodils in the spring, dahlias and eucalyptus in October and evergreens in the winter.

"There is so much happiness and joy in the gardens. It is my happy place and it is so beautiful," DeBona said.

She shares her love of nature with weekly garden tours and bouquet classes. You can walk the garden with her, learn about flowers and make a bouquet.

"You can come to a class once a month or every few weeks. Often times there is something new starting to bloom. Things just look different,” DeBona said. “It is fun and exciting. It is always evolving. I don’t sit much. I like to keep busy. I get lost in my garden daily."
