The Department of Transportation Services announced the phone systems for TheBus and Skyline call centers, and TheHandi-Van have been resolved and are back online.

Phone systems for TheBus and Skyline call centers at 808-848-5555 and TheHandiVan at 808-456-5555 are currently offline due to a glitch after early morning maintenance, according to the City and County of Honolulu's Department of Transportation Services.

TheHandi-van is unable to take reservations until the phone systems are back online.

Technicians are currently working to restore service after phone systems weren’t able to come back online following an early morning scheduled maintenance.

The HOLO card call center at 808-768-4656 is open for customers with questions related to payment and HOLO cards.

DTS will inform the public when phone lines are back online.
