Multiple bridge projects are underway in Cornwall.

Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus says the Main Street Bridge No. 2 project has begun.

The bridge was built in 1929. The project will see it completely replaced and have more accommodations for pedestrians. The project will be done over the next 18 months.

Main Street Bridge No. 1 is in the final design phase and the project will start next year.

The Hasbrouck Avenue Bridge is also in the preliminary design phase with work expected to begin in 2026.
