With all precincts reporting in the New York 19th Congressional District race, Rep. Antonio Delgado looks to have a tight lead in his race for re-election.

Delgado, a first-term Democrat, has a slight vote edge on Republican Kyle Van de Water, 47.59 percent (141,751 votes) to 45.15 percent (134,503), according to the state Board of Elections.

Delgado won election to the seat two years ago, defeating then-Rep. John Faso.
