Two of the three students charged following a foiled attack plot against Albion Middle School have pleaded guilty.

According to the Orleans County District Attorney's Office, one student pleaded guilty to conspiracy and the other pleaded guilty to conspiracy and aggravated harassment. Both students appeared in court Tuesday afternoon.

Sentencing is scheduled for February 25 and could range from detention to conditional discharge.

The third student's case has been adjourned until January 21.

At this time, all of the release conditions remain in place for all three students. They are to be supervised at all times and are not allowed to used any electronic devices.

The three students were removed from the school in November while the district and law enforcement investigated the threats, which were posted to the online gaming app "Discord." The posts forced the district to delay school.

Following the threats, the district hosted meetings with the community to to help prevent any sort of violence at the school.

The sentencing comes almost a week after another threat was made against the school, but that was deemed not credible.
