It's another festival weekend in Clinton Square with the Syracuse Jazz Fest set to return downtown Thursday through Saturday. 

Admission is free for the three-day festival that will feature 30 bands and 20 clubs, including Joey DeFrancesco, the Urban Knights and the Salt City Jazz Collective. 

The following streets will be closed through downtown to accomodate the event: 

  • 100 Block of West Water Street, from Clinton Street to Salina Street, will be closed from Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. through the afternoon on Monday, June 27. There will be no parking on this block starting Wednesday, June 22 at 6:30 a.m.
  • Clinton Street, from Genesee Street to Washington Street, will be closed from 7:00 a.m. on Thursday through Sunday morning.
  • 200 Block of Erie Boulevard West, from Clinton Street to Franklin Street, will be closed from 7:00 a.m. on Thursday through Sunday morning. There will be no parking on this block starting at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 23.
  • 200 Block of West Water Street, from Clinton Street to Franklin Street, will become two-way from 7:00 a.m. on Thursday through Sunday morning. There will be no parking on the north curb line starting at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 23.
