ROME, N.Y. -- Some major upgrades could be coming to the Mohawk Valley Community College Rome campus.

In his 2018 State of the County Address, Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente proposed expanding their culinary programs. It's part of an effort to build on that area of Rome.

His plan includes building phase two of an Agriculture Business Incubator on-campus, and a Rome Vertical Garden using locally sourced ingredients.

The projects are still in the discussion phase right now. He and the College President spoke with Melissa Krull to talk about their vision.
