Hailing from Brighton, New York, Town Supervisor Bill Moehle was inspired to run for office by his mother, who held local office while he was growing up in Michigan. His favorite thing about being an elected official is working with such a diverse community.
One thing Moehle wishes people knew about his job is that he is eager to hear what is on his constituents' minds--the ideas that he gets from residents form the basis for the legislation he puts into practice. He would say the accomplishment he is most proud of during his time in office is expanding the park and trail system.
In three words, Moehle would describe his town as "open, diverse, and inclusive." His favorite movie is Casablanca.
