New York State Police are investigating a murder in the town of Ohio, in Herkimer County.
Troopers were called to a domestic dispute involving shots fired along State Route 365 just after 11 p.m. Wednesday.
Connie Powers, 49, is accused of shooting and killing her husband, Timothy Powers, 64.
She is charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
She's scheduled to be arraigned in Little Falls City Court.
