Bethlehem 30, Colonie 0
The Bethlehem football team pitched a shutout in their homecoming win over Colonie. The Eagles beat the Garnet Raiders 30-0 to improve to 3-2 on the season. Bethlehem is still in the hunt for a playoff spot, they're home against Burnt Hills next weekend. Colonie falls to 0-5 on the season.
Bunrt Hills 49, Mohonasen 6
Burnt Hills bounced back from last weeks loss with a 49-6 win at home against Mohonasen. The Spartans move to 4-1 on the season heading into next weeks crossover game with Bethlehem. Mohonasen falls to 1-4 on the year.
Queensbury 52, Gloversville 15
Queensbury remains undefeated and in line for the top spot in Class A with a 52-15 win over Gloversville. The Spartans are now 5-0 on the year while Gloversville falls to 0-5.
Columbia 45, Albany 16
After an 0-3 start to the year Columbia is heating up. The Blue Devils posted their second straight win 45-16 over Albany high Saturday. Columbia improves to 2-3 while Albany continues to search for its first win of the season.
Watervliet 22, Voorheesville 0
We said earlier this year that even though Watervliet is in its first year with Pete Porcelli as head coach, the Cannoneers would be ready to play. Watervliet improved to 3-2 with a good 22-0 road win over Voorheesville. The Blackbirds drop to 3-2 on the year.
Granville 44, Hoosic Valley 6
In Class C action, Granville continued to roll with a 44-6 win on the road at Hoosic Valley. The Golden Horde will take on Hoosick Falls next weekend. Hoosic Valley is at Lake George/Hadley Luzerne.
Holy Trinity 49, Cambridge-Salem 28
This may have been a crossover matchup but its a battle of two undefeated teams who were rivals in Class C last year. Holy Trinity got a little payback with a 49-28 win over the Indians. Holy Trinity moves to 5-0 on the season while Cambridge is now 4-1.
Stillwater 25, Warrensburg 0
Another interesting crossover game between two undefeated and state ranked teams. Stillwater kept its perfect record intact with a 25-0 win over the Burghers. The Warriors are 5-0 heading into a big rivalry game against Mechanicville next week. Warrensburg gets set to take on Chatham which could be a potential Class D Super Bowl Preview.
Fonda 34, Helderberg Valley 0
Watch out for Fonda in Class C, the Braves are still undefeated after a 34-0 win over Helderberg Valley Saturday. Fonda is 5-0 on the season heading into a crossover game with Johnstown next week. Helderber Valley will be looking for its first win on the road at Cohoes.
