SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Former Troy High School standout and current UAlbany wide receiver Dev Holmes was named a HERO FCS Freshman All-American on Monday afternoon. Holmes landed on the Honorable Mention list. Holmes led UA with 734 receiving yards in his freshman campaaign.
