Glens Falls Native Jimmer Fredette joins a new team Saturday, keeping his professional career alive.
Fredette was taken second overall by the Westchester Knicks of the NBA Development League.
Fredette was waived by the San Antonio Spurs earlier this month.
He was drafted 10th overall in the 2011 NBA draft.
Fredette also spent time with the Sacramento Kings, Chicago Bulls and New Orleans Pelicans over the course of four seasons.
