The push continues for a law that would change education about child sexual abuse in New York State.

Advocates of Erin's Law have been fighting for it since 2011. The bill would require public schools, kindergarten through eighth grade, to teach a course on preventing child sexual abuse.

It's already law in 36 states, but in New York, it's failed again and again to get out of the Assembly's education committee.

Erin's Law is currently in the Assembly's education committee again, with the end of this legislative session approaching on June 11.
