Swifty's Restaurant and Pub owner Dave Swift says the key to success is great service, great food and good value. From burgers to Irish nachos and summer salads like the pear/walnut chicken salad, there's somehing for everyone's palate. Dave also believes in keeping it local with his beer and spirits. The signature drink, "The Swifty," is made of Pick 6 vodka distilled in Saratoga, then a little Polar orange dry over ice.
