Albany police are investigating the shooting death of a 27-year-old woman that occurred Sunday on North Pearl Street.

Dominique Eley, of Albany, was shot multiple times in the torso at around 1:30 p.m. Sunday near Livingston Avenue, and died from wounds at Albany Medical Center Hospital, according to city police.
