The Schoharie County district attorney will be getting some assistance in the trial against Prestige Limousine operator Nauman Hussain.

He's been indicted on 20 counts of criminally negligent homicide, and 20 counts of manslaughter, in connection to October's deadly limousine crash in Schoharie.

District Attorney Susan Mallery requested help from Assistant Attorney General Gail Heatherly, which a judge approved. Her paperwork cited the seriousness of the crimes, the complexity of the case, and a need for specific expertise in the case.
