The man accused of fatally shooting a 17-year-old on a Cohoes bike path last year is arraigned again on unrelated charges.
The case against 23-year-old Thomas Slivienski has been turned over to the Albany County District Attorney. He is charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment, in connection to an alleged incident on January 28 last year.
Officials say on that day Slivienski was found with a loaded firearm and shot it down a public city street towards people. He pleaded not guilty to those charges.
Slivienski already pleaded not guilty to second degree murder charges in connection to the death of Johni Dunia on November 16.
Police say Dunia and Slivienski knew each other and that case will be handled in Albany County Court.
