An update on alleged Capital Region cult NXIVM.

The government is asking that testimony from an unnamed victim be admitted as evidence.

According to the government, that victim says founder Keith Raniere began having sex with her when she was 12 or 13 years old. 

There's no word yet on whether the judge will allow the testimony into evidence.

Raniere is also facing charges of sex trafficking and forced labor conspiracy. He is the only remaining defendant who has not yet appeared in court.

He will likely face a jury alone when opening statements begin May 7.
