NXIVM leader Allison Mack is requesting her trial be pushed back while her legal team discusses a potential pretrial deal with federal prosecutors, according to court documents.

Lawyers are asking for the trial to be postponed 30 days while they continue negotiating. Proceedings for all the defendants is currently set for April 29 in Brooklyn Federal Court.

Mack is facing a slew of charges including sex trafficking, forced labor conspiracy, and racketeering.

Also charged in the case is the alleged cult founder Keith Raniere who, on top of those counts, faces child exploitation and child porn charges.

This comes just a day after another alleged co-conspirator, Lauren Salzman, pleaded guilty to racketeering charges.
