New details in a deadly Saturday afternoon crash on I-90 have been released.
State police say two of the drivers were drunk when the crash happened.
Those drivers, August Rice and Rex Tucker-Moss, have both been charged with vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
It happened around 1 p.m. Saturday in East Greenbush.
Police say August Rice was driving on I-90 when he crashed into another car, sending it across the median into oncoming traffic.
That's when Rex Tucker-Moss, who was driving in the opposite direction, hit the same car.
The driver of that car was killed. The name of the victim is not being released at this time.
Police say Tucker-Moss was driving with two kids in the car when the crash happened — he was also charged with Leandra's Law.
Both men were arraigned in the town of East Greenbush and are due back in court at a later date.
Any witnesses to the crash are asked to contact New York State police in Schodack.
