A day after the arrests of four more high-ranking NXIVM members, the co-founders of the alleged Capital Region cult appeared in Federal Court in Brooklyn.

Keith Raniere and Nancy Salzman, along with actress Allison Mack pleaded not guilty to an updated indictment.

Prosecutors are widening the case alleging a pyramid scheme, involving money laundering, identity theft, forced labor and sex trafficking.

A federal judge set bond at $5 million for Salzman and her daughter during an appearance in Albany Tuesday.

NXIVM bookkeeper Kathy Russell is also charged with racketeering conspiracy.

Also arrested this week was Clare Bronfman, the heiress to the Seagram liquor fortune — who was released on $100 million bond to house arrest.

She's accused of assisting Raniere exert control over members of the purported self-help group.

All defendants have denied any wrongdoing.

U.S. District Court Judge Nicholas Garaufis also issued an order indicating the trial will begin between January 1 and April 30 next year.
