The "Smallville" actress associated with the group NXIVM was back in court Tuesday.
Allison Mack is accused of conspiring with alleged cult leader Keith Raniere to recruit women into the self-empowerment group.
Instead, authorities say women were allegedly used as Raniere's sex slaves.
They say Mack was known as the lone woman at the top of the NXIVM power structure.
She was arraigned last week when her defense lawyer entered a plea of not guilty on her behalf.
But there could be a plea deal as court documents state Mack is in plea negotiations
If convicted, both Mack and Raniere face 15 years in prison.
