A police pursuit in Colonie on Saturday evening led to four vehicles crashing on Central Avenue.
Police say two men took off from a traffic stop in an Audi, then sideswiped a CDTA bus, and struck a Kia. The cars then collided with a Ford Fusion at Central and Dunning avenues.
The two men in the Audi got out and ran. One was caught nearby. The other, at last word, has not been captured.
Responders freed people from the other cars using an extraction tool.
Police say four people in the Ford Fusion were taken to the hospital — two with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The intersection of Central and Dunning was shut down for three hours while investigators and cleanup crews worked.
