ALBANY, N.Y. — A man already being held on separate charges out of Kingston is now being charged in connection with a bank robbery in the Albany area.
Ryan O'Connor, 30, is now charged with robbery in the third degree and petit larceny.
This arrest came after a joint investigation by three police departments determined O'Connor was involved in two separate robberies.
One of the robberies occurred in Kingston, which he was arrested for back on January 18th.
Police say they compared similar robberies in the area and executed several search warrants in order to gain evidence leading to O'Connor's arrest.
The joint investigation is still ongoing.
O'Connor is currently being held at the Ulster County Jail and is set to appear at the Town of Bethlehem Court in March.
