People living in certain areas of the city of Amsterdam are temporarily without water.

Water has been turned off on Dewitt Street, Montgomery Street, DeStefano Street. P.S. Street and portions of Perkins Street.

This is due to a water break on Dewitt Street.

The water will be off until the city makes repairs.

Once it is tuned back on, residents will need to boil their water.
