Hundreds showed up Saturday at the Lost & Found in Albany to check out one man's collection of vintage collectables.

From old clothing, to jewelry, to wall art, crowds gathered together to see what the Albany artifacts sale had to offer.

The curated collection, which has been assembled over the last year, featured items that are connected to Albany and the city's rich history.

With a line that wrapped out the entrance, everyone was excited to get their hands on many of these one-of-a-kind pieces.

This was Nichols Browns first year working the event and he was stunned by how unique the collection was, but even more about how fast items went.

“This stuff really cool," he said. "Some of this stuff dates back to the 40s, 50s, all the way up to the 2000s. There’s something for everybody. Then they come out and get what they can get. It’s just crazy, 20 minutes in and it’s almost all sold out.”

Collectors who missed the event will have to wait until next year to get their chance to shop for more vintage items.

But in the mean time you can follow the collector's Instagram to get a sneak peek at what next year's sale will feature as the collection grows.
